Robert was extremely knowledgeable, was able to get my vehicle into service same day to accommodate my busy schedule. I’ve never been one to take my vehicle to a dealership, but I will always return to that location as long as Robert is part of the team!

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm and I arrived on time to the appointment. I asked my advisor and he said no more than an hour. I got my keys back at 2 hours and 30 mintues later and my car was not running the same way that it was prior to me bringing it in.

Service tech Emerson was great, but who ever serviced my truck did not completely fill the transmission fluid causing my check engine light to come on. I then had to come back to Lake Chevrolet per Emerson’s suggestion to have additional fluid put into my transmission. Because of this I had to cancel a family weekend trip. So, no, I am not satisfied and I am wondering why I bother driving 40 miles to your dealership for service when there are much closer alternatives.
