Michael was knowledgeable about my circumstances and he was willing to do the leg work with Maxcare to get the most out of my service with Chevrolet. He saved me a lot of hassle, time and money. I prefer bringing my car to the Lake Elsinore Chevy dealership and to Mike specifically because I feel like they know and care about my needs.

Bought tires from you a couple weeks ago all four found a bubble on the side of one needed it replaced was told it would take two to three hours and ended up taking seven not happy had a lot to do that day and held off knowing I would ge my car Back in a short time tire was replaced with no charge but I feel I was not someone you where willing to help get on the road I realized you had to order new tire but when I bought for everything moved much quicker sales rep was great always very kind and helpful I just can’t understand why it took so long

Waited 2 1/2 hours for oil change service then had to ask for status only to find out they had lost track of car since different person checked it in because person I had appt. with wasn't there on time. Also, no water provided in fridge as stated.

It took 15 minutes to check in and I was the only one in line. When he finally Got to me it took another 8 minutes to check in. I was told it would take 1 hour and it took almost 2. I saw my truck being parked when it was done so l waited 10 minutes and nobody came to get me so I went looking for him and nobody could find him so the manager got someone to check me out. Very poor service.

I booked the service appt online which included the cost for the service. When I arrive for the service appt the rep quoted me a much higher cost. I mentioned the lower online price and he said it was discontued due to the rise of minimum wages. He also mentioned the website had not been updated. I found this upsetting, unprofessional and demanded the online price which he then agreed to provide. If your prices have in faceted changed i recommend changing the webisite in order to avoid this dissipontmemt.

We made an appointment for an oil change and even with an appointment the wait was over two hours. Initialy they said the wait would be an hour. There was a customer who came after us and they were done with their oil change and windshield wiper replacements in half the time.
