The service is always great, I did wait about 4 hours, which seems excessive when I had an appointment, but the service from the team is always great.
I love coming to get my car serviced and having Alyssa handle all my affairs. She’s very polite and professional.

The entire process stzrt to finish was seamless and the comfort of the customer lounge area was top notch
with comfortable seating, water, coffee and snacks.
Car was returned with no oil change. Overheard the employee walkie that the vehicle has been sitting in the lot all day unserviced and the employee (Chris) reset service mileage in front of me when I had noticed it was the at the same as when it was brought in. The vehicle was received in the same condition when it was brought and spent almost $100 for no service to be done.
5 1/2 hr wait was exhausting ! I had no one help my request to show me how to operate the complex, mysterious way to use Cruise Control. For so long a wait, I think I should have been picked up at my home, 1 mile away.

I was not happy with my experience. The communication on my vehicle and getting ahold of my service rep Alyssa to get an updates was extremely frustrating.
