My service appointment was for 10:30. Almost two hours later I called to get a status and told it would be a few more hours. What’s the point of making an appointment? Thankfully, my daughter did not have to wait much longer after my inquiry.
Service wait times have increased and it’s not worth it to continue to wait for hours when I can get the same service at Jiffy Lube. Free oil change or not, time management, service scheduling needs to be re-evaluated.
Our 4th purchase with Hyundai and I’m hoping things like the above get addressed. No one has hours to wait for an oil change.

This is the second time we’ve had our vehicle oil change done after purchasing our 2022. After reviewing our previous statement we noticed that we were charged $20.00 more for the same service as before. We always keep our receipt. We thought it was a bit much. Then after reviewing our receipt and comparing both. It came to our attention that we paid more this time. Not satisfied!
