It was the worst experience I’ve had since I bought my 2023 Hyundai. I came in for a routine oil change and maintenance that was covered by Hyundai, but I was told that the dealership changed their policy and no longer providing courtesy maintenance oil changes and I have to pay , unless I come in after the car has 24,000 miles. My car had 19,000 and she tried to tell me that it will have sludge in the motor if I don’t. Really , I’ve already changed my oil twice since I bought the car and never had this experience.

You service team needs to learn how to communicate with people. Each time my car car has been in there (even this time) my car has been there over 7 hours with no communication. I’m the one who reaches out and it takes FOREVER for the service team to respond.

Christian Olmos was great . But the the service that they supposed get done to the car, it didn’t get done like rotating the tires. The tires were not rotated in the car and they told me it got done.

Great customer service. Very happy with my Hyundai vehicle and am impressed by the top to bottom care provider to ensure customers that look after their vehicle are treated fairly by this company. I highly recommend Hyundai vehicles and look forward to driving a new one when I have to retire my beloved Santa Fe.
