I had an appointment for an oil change, I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes. I know sometimes it gets busy, I understand. For an oil change it was a long time. I appreciate the work the mechanics do. I’m satisfied with the service!

Ms.Hernandez was very pleasant and professional. She responded promptly to my questions and was able to arrange to have all repairs on my vehicle completed by the day that she projected. She has gained my trust completely.
Made appointment for oil change at 2 and dropped off right at 2 and told them I would stay and wait. No update finally asked at 5:15 when it would be done, told me they are finishing it up but did not get car back till almost 6. Waited 4 hours for an oil change.
