When I dropped off my car I was told the tint guy works nights and my car would be ready in the morning. I was told I would get a text to let me know when it was done. I received a text at 8:31 am stating my car was ready. I live about 30 min away and didn't arrive to pick up my car until around 9:30. When I got there I was told my car wasn't ready that the guy didn't arrive until that morning to tint my windows and my car wouldn't be done for about another half hour. I let the guy know I was told my car was ready. He asked who told me that and and I told him I received a text. He told me those were automated. I stopped coming to this service center for oil changes after they left five rags with Hyundai name on them hanging out from under neath my car. A courtesy call to let me know the situation would've been appreciated.
So far I’m satisfied!!! Thank you
