Y appointment Monday morning that my recall service could not be performed.
Eric Livingston (Service) & Tony Ivery (Sales Mgr) both did an awesome job providing me with EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service! I wanna shout out Andrew (Sales) also he helped me with this service encounter. Your team does a GREAT job explaining to me step-by-step what is going on with my vehicle throughout the process! Kudos to these (3) guys! I don’t know if this is something that you all do already or not, but it’s just a suggestion it’s always nice to print these out and give them to the employees so that they can see what customers are saying about them!

I made an appointment for oil change on 1/9/21 at 1:00 pm. I handed the car over at 12;55 pm. Unfortunately I got the car back at 2:10 pm. Over one hour for a simple oil change.
