Kia had my car for 5 days, I wasn't offered a loaner for my inconvenience being that my car was there for 5 days. I ended up renting a car for a day the following day on Tuesday my car was ready. Normally Kia makes me feel so welcome to bring my car. This time was as convenient. But I will still bring my car there for the best service I can for my car. Because I know it will be done right. A courtesy ride if you have to wait for more than 2hr or 3hrs. Customers shouldn't have to asked. It should have been offer

I asked for my driver assistance to be turned back on I was told it was turned back on it was not.... I paid over 500.00 for my services sat in the dealership for over 3 hours I’m highly upset that I was told one thing and it actually did not happen.
