Very rude would not barely talk to me im never buying a kia again due to this experience. I waited 2 months for a part that never came in and I recieved no communication from the dealership I honestly would like to speak to corporate. I've never been treated so rudely in a dealership in my life

Mr Ozello was friendly and courteous I just didn’t understand that you didn’t hhave the part and you called me to tell mwas wrong with my car .and I have to come back and sit for another hour and a half.

I’ve been getting my car serviced at KIA for 7 years. I lost my gold card because I had to take it off of my key chain when I came in for service. Today Anthony couldn’t give me the 10% off of my service because I didn’t have it. I think it’s unfair that he couldn’t look into the system and see that I have it and always uses it. I would like to have another gold card mailed out to me please.
