Amazingly, I arrived at the dealership with four good tires. Whem my car was done, I magocally had a nail in one of the tires. There was NO WAY I picked this nail up en route to the dealership. Otherwise, the tire sensor monitoring system would have told ne there was a leak. No alerts on the way to the dealership. It was blatantly obvious the nail was picked up at the dealer lot. The outside portion of the nail in the sidewall was still sticking out. Jim (Service advisor) was indifferent to my complaints. He said I could purchase a new tire for $302 plus tax. As I was getting ready to leave, I showed him two places where another nail and small screw were on the ground in the Kia lot. Again, more indifference. I declined getting my tire replaced there, going elsewhere and saving $70 in the process. I will NEVER go back to Kia of Bedford,OH for service, even if I still have 3-4 free service visits!!!!
