Nobody answers emails texts or returns calls. Almost impossible to get a hold of someone. Trying to schedule my tires to get replaced. My girlfriend and I have texted emailed and called and tried to return a call that we received before thanksgiving with no return. We left a garage opener in the car we had turned for trade and my girlfriend talked to the sales manager who was supposed to personally retrieve for us but almost a week later still haven’t heard a word. Tried to get a hold of my salesperson to no avail. I am a repeat customer and unfortunately right now I may never come back
Service was done in exactly the time promised. Gave me a small percentage off as courtesy and a double time through the car wash.

I asked for my mirror to be looked at. It's the one that automatically folds in. It's stuck and making noises. I was told to make another appt. I got an oil change. Were fluids topped off? how are my tires? brakes? Was an inspection done? I did not get the usual sheet showing it was. I felt really rushed and the advisor seemed to not care. Also rhrre was a recall on my vehicle. I was told the part had to reordered. Was it? When will it be in? Not happy at all with this crappy service I received
