Upon checking in, Anthony realized that I stayed on his old street. We chatted about the area. I was the first customer in for the recall on my car, he didn't recognize but soon found out the details.tI explained to Anthony that if it took more than two hours, I'd have to reschedule. After 30 minutes, he came to me and explained what had to be done. Then about 30 minutes later, I was on my way out the door, escorted by Anthony to my car. It was a pleasure working with him and I will ask for him going forward.

i appreciate all the good works you guys are doing, more communication would make the service better. In my business i have to constantly communicate to my clients on my status for that day. I would appreciate knowing the progress every few days about parts ordered and delivered, and how the install is going,maybe a few sentences in a text?

Your whole team at Kia of Bedford is very kind and polite but one person stood out and that is to gentleman that B's there to open up at 7:30 he is very kind very courteous and he walked me through what was going to B did to my car today and I thought that was very kind of him to let me know everything that they did and also when it was finished he came and got me walk me to the car open my car door for me and I think that is just absolutely great Kia of Bedford to me is the best place to buy a car because you feel so important because that is the way your staff makes you feel
