Service was terrible had to go next door to Hyundai just for the manger of both service departments to make sure I was taken care of. The service guy at the desk was unaware of many things & told me that my warranty wouldn’t work because I was “out of state” He told be a bunch of foolishness so I’m lucky I already knew about my vehicle & coverage He should have asked managers or someone else for help he had me in there for over 4 hours my appointment was at 12:30 I didn’t leave until 5 because of him I give Kia of Bedford a 3/10 would not recommend.
James Ozello provided World Class service as he always does. Kia is very fortunate to have James as a part of their team. There is a dealership closer to me but I choose Kia of Bedford primarily due to Mr. Ozello.
