I never got the service done on my vehicle because I was told one price which was 34.95 then when I brung my vehicle in to be serviced I was told a totally different price which was $75.00 plus tax. I am just going to find somewhere else to get serviced I was completely unsatisfied
Jim took really good care of me, very professional and was able to get the service Don on my car right time that he promised.

It may sound amateur but I didnt receive a car wash today. I came to get a major part replaced but if I would have came just for an oil change then my car would have been cleaner than me! They offered but the I didnt have the time to wait my turn! That's all thank u

I was not greeted by an employee when I first arrived. I was told my car would be serviced within the hour, however, it took 45 minutes longer and no one informed me of the longer wait. The woman in Parts was talking on the phone with customers waaaay too loudly. When my car was ready, I felt rushed out, not having anything explained to me, only told "everything is in good shape". I've been a loyal Kia of Bedford customer for 4 years and once my current lease is up I plan to go to another dealership.
