The Bedford Kia dealership has one of the worst service departments in the area. I come to this location due to its geographical distance to my home. The customer service is severely lacking at this location as each time I want to ask a question about my service, I receive an look of annoyance and attitude from the service team. I have had to speak with the manager on several occasions. I had to come for this visit for car maintenance and was as patient as I could possibly be, yet, upon asking if my car was ready, 2 hours laser, I was again met with an attitude of annoyance.

Anthony was extremely helpful during my visit to have my Kia serviced. This was my first visit since I purchased my new car. Awesome experience! Anthony kept me informed each step of the way. He took the time to keep me updated. Also, living an hour away, he was helpful in suggesting restaurants! I’m hoping all my experiences will be as great!
