Service was done on my vehicle and was supposedly completed and the EXACT same thing that was with my vehicle when I came and then departed with the same issue and was charged for the repair which was a VERY dangerous situation because I couldn't see out of my window driving the freeway with salted , dirt and brine on my windshield. I was asked to trade my car in for a newer model and was going to do so I've dealt with Kia of Bedford since 1999 my 1st Kia for the first I can say I will not purchase another Kia from this dealership. I feel that this dealership charge unnecessarily for things warranted.

From the time I entered the service door til I left I was happy. Jacqueline met me at the door, started taking care of me, she explained everything, I was very happy. While waiting she came in to let me know how things were going with my car.Then she came and got me, I signed the paperwork, she walked me to my car. Jacqueline is such a nice, friendly, and caring person. She made my visit extremely pleasant.
