Anthony was very thorough as far as what I could expect in reference to the service being performed on my car! He is very friendly which helps make your wait more tolerable.

Every thing went fine. I just can't understand why my Road weather sensor light is staying on my dashboard. Everything else went great I was very satisfied.
I went to get my tires checked thinking one of them had a nail or leak of some sort. When I went to the dealership they told me I did not need my tires fixed. While waiting for their Services KIA provided a drink and snacks. Overall, I appreciated the services. Thank you.

Every time I come to get service they always find something for me to pay for out of my own pocket even though my car is under warranty. I came to get my first courtesy oil change and he said I needed something for my car cause he said I had my car for more than a year which he was wrong I only had the car for 8-9 months. I think the service department is a bunch of incompetent liars.
Anthony was very friendly and supportive! I was 4 days past my 1 year anniversary but Anthony helped me with my oil change since I couldn’t schedule the week before. Thanks as always for the great service team you have! Oh, Philip from out back came up to remove a couple tape marks I kept forgetting to mention at my visits. He was very friendly also!
Even though they were very busy, he was able to help get our daughter done quickly to get her back to Geneva to drop off her uniform.
