I had a problem with a cover under the car hanging down,they were telling me I ran over something which I did not.they put it on the rack and found out I did not. They said they would order the part, but the service guy could not tell when they expected it to come in. He said two weeks, two months or longer. To me that is unacceptable.

There was little communication during the extended time the dealership had my vehicle from 1/21/2019-4/11/2019. I brought my vehicle to the dealership. I was given misleading information from the dealership and KIA of America. I was initially told by Kia of Bedford that an engine was ordered in February. I was then advised by KIA of America that the parts dept contacted him and an engine was not ordered. They needed my VIN number. I advised KIA oF America that I was very disappointed with Customer Service and the lack of communication. I received a half hearted apology and asked for a higher customer service contact and was advised he was the only person I could speak with. To add insult to injury. When I picked up my vehicle my windshield is cracked. I was advised that the footage on their camera would be reviewed and I would be contacted. I was provided 3 different rental vehicles during this situation. I’m still waiting.
