I love the “marketing” behind keeping customers happy/comfy with the snacks, drinks, television, WiFi and now a free game to play. It all helps to keep our minds off what could possibly be a lengthy waiting time. Kudos, also to James for being pleasant and thoroughly explaining what current/future work will be needed on my car!!!

Came in on Friday and a part needed to be ordered. I was told it would be in on Tuesday so I made arrangements to drop my car off all day on Wednesday. The incorrect part was ordered and now I have to make arrangements again for another drop off and pick up.
