I have work with Anthony Mazzocco went brought our cars at the Mentor Dealership customer service. It always a wonderful experience. He came greeted me like family. I really enjoyed talking to him. He was very helpful. If didn’t know the answer regards any question went ask someone got the job done. Thanks again Anthony making feel at home.

Mr Mazzocco was very professional and efficient in handling my situation. I explained why I did not have an appointment, and the trouble I was having with an on / off check engine light. When you pick up your car after being serviced, you don't expect the tire to fall off. I have have been traumatized by this experience and I feel like it was taken lightly. I also believe they should've done more

I was called and texted that my car was ready. Shaker Auto Lease came to pick it up and it was Not ready. Once before my car was returned and no work was done on it. Hard to have faith in the department!
