My experience was not great. I did not receive the kind of service that I am used to getting at Kia of Bedford. I was very disappointed with the person helping me.

Anthony was wonderful! He was off at 1pm and no one knew so I called back numerous times and NO ONE in service ever called me back

Anthony was great. When I questioned if more could be done for my issue with the new ISG technology, he went back and looked more into it, recalibrated it, and it Is definitely working better than it was.
