James was outstanding, helpful and committed to get me the vehicle I wanted. He was 100 percent professional and in my opinion he went above and beyond to assist me. I’d also like to thank Chris and Kara for their help. I am definitely going to recommend KIA of Bedford to all. I truly appreciate the military discount and use of a car to use for a few days while I was waiting on my Telluride SX. Thank you James and KIA of Bedford.

My dissatisfaction was not with Eric Livingston so he does not need to follow up with me. I would prefer a call from the store manager because my disappointing is about your process, which did not set my expectations before my visit--again.

Eric Livingston is horrible.. Every time I have to deal with K.O.B IT'S A PROBLEM AND HE IS 60% OF THE PROBLEM this time her was insensitive and totally a jerk.. Even though corporate was understanding and willing to help in anyway possible K o.b want and he gave me the hardest time and didn't even care. I sent the other family members to Kia..I WILL NEVER PORSCHE ANOTHER KIA PRODUCT OR RECOMMEND THEM EVER... IT'S ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH THAT LOCATION. THEY ALWAYS WANT MY MONEY BUT NEVER WANT TO DO THE JOB AT HAND. NOW MY CAR IS WORSE AFTER THEY EYE SUPPOSE TO FIX IT FOR TO THERE RECALL AND I TOOK IT IN TO HAVE MY ENGINE REPLACEMENT YET MY CAR IS SHAKING AND MY ANTENNA IS MISSING OF THE TOP OF MY CAR.. SERIOUSLY!!! YOU PPL ****. Now I understand why they always throwing events to get ppl to walk in that raggedy place, bc no one wants to willingly come.
