I had a major emergency with my Sportage. Chewed wires, which Eric, through his experience and knowledge, figured out before diagnostics. Reason for the emergency is I had to get to Southern Ohio to take my mom for surgery and move to assisted living. Eric was very understanding and got me in. Being a single female it is very important to find someone you can trust in the auto repair dept. Eric is that person. Professional, knowledgeable and yet, still compassionate. I recommend KIA to my friends because I know Eric will be fair and honest. Traits rare and VERY much appreciated in today's society.

Customer service was excellent but the wait time was to long (3hours)
Tech said he could not fix done he can't hear! I wouldn't take the time if there wasn't a concern. That was my only day off and I'm still hearing the same squeaking/squealing from brakes when I stop. So I actually have to set another appointment to come back again
If the engine is warranties then I shouldn’t need to jump through hoops when it is bad. Not Jim’s fault but I didn’t take a hammer to it. So fix it under warranty.

I had an 8 am appt for an oil change. I was there on time and it took an hour until my oil change was completed. I heard the service people talking about how they were busy today. This simply means to keep you were overbooked. I have been in and pur of your dealership in 30 minutes or less for previous oil changes. This was way too long because it is obvious to me they did not start working on my car until I inquired as to why is was taking so long at around 8:50. Very disappointed.

My new car has been in there 3 weeks. I’ve already made my 1st car payment and only drove it 1 week before I found nondisclosed damage under hood. Also sills inside both back seat doors are corroded and to be fixed or replaced along with full detail per Tony Ivery.
