Eric was very nice and got my car serviced quickly.
I went in for a check engine light. I was told there were spiders in my valve and then the same day I picked it up the light came back on.

Today I came in for a nail in my tire. Understood it needed to be replaced. Was told at 11:30 am it would take about an hour and 45min. I left the dealership at 2:45pm. The men in the service center were friendly and helpful, also very apologetic which was nice. I didn’t have an appointment so I don’t want to complain about the time. I want to complain about during my wait the salesman Reginald (Reggie) continued to pressure me into leasing a car that I had no interest in. I had worked night shift before coming to get my car fixed and made it clear I was just looking to pass time and keep my eye open for my next lease. First of all this salesman took zero in interest in me as a customer. He had to ask me 3 times what my title was during my credit score check. I repeatedly told him answers and he would walk away for 30 min at a time trying to negotiate prices on a car I never even mentioned I was interested in. In fact he didn’t ask me what type of car I was even interested in, he just brought out a random sedan assuming that was what I wanted. All he discussed was prices, no description on a lease term, car features, mileage, etc. I’m extremely disappointed that this is how I was treated as a customer after my long day, and for a salesman to be so pushy/uninterested in me as a customer is just unacceptable. I leased my 2017 Kia Forte through this salesman, at the time he told me instead of standing in the cash machine I would get sent a $100 gift card through the mail for my new car purchase, which I also never got. I understand the nature of selling cars, but it’s just disappointing to have to deal with this again. I will have to reconsider if I want my next lease to be with Kia, as I just feel like another number for your company. -Jillian Zastawny
Me Livingston is alway professional and friendly . He is helpful and always friendly. Mr Livingston always ask if there are questions and concerns and explain in detail what has taken place and what I need for my KIA. He is pleasant and KIA needs more like him

I appreciate Eric taking me out to my vehicle while on the lift, when I asked about the cause and location of my tire's slow leak.
I have driven the car to Cincinnati and back to Cleveland. Unfortunately, the noise still happening. The technician did mention that it would take a few thousand miles for the tires to be even. However, what if the noise does not go away after that?? I'll keep driving and I'll let you know on my next visit.
