My advisor wasn't for sure on how long my vehicle would be in service. So I asked if someone could come to my home to pick me up when my vehicle was ready. He said there was no one there then to find out it was someone there that could pick me up.I wasn't pleased with that. Then I went over to parts to get my courtesy snack and they said I had to have a ticket which I didn't have because my advisor didn't give or offer a ticket for my courtesy snack while my car was being serviced. I was a little annoyed I left out and had a ride to take me back home and also I found my own ride to bring me back to the dealership when my vehicle is ready. But overall My service advisor was nice friendly and courteous. He had a good personality. I was just a little annoyed that I couldn't get a ride and also I didn't get a ticket for my courtesy snack. Other than that my car was in service for maybe 45 minutes not too long.
I was greeted with a smile,(good start) Eric was pleasant and went over the options of the maintenance services that I could choose from in detail. I was pleased with his customer service.
