Will return again for service
I went in for a 15000 mile normal factory maintenance at a certain rate only to be told i couldn't use my Kia encore benefit. I feel i was not given the discount i qualified for. My drivesure wasnt utilized either.
Eric was professional and very nice. Waiting time was exactly what he said it would be. Felt we were waiting in comfort. Maintenance service on vehicle and Eric’s explanation of work done was good. We enjoyed the cookies!

My truck has been repeatedly having problems this is my 3rd time getting work on my truck for the same diagnosis and it’s to the point that I dnt even feel safe with me and my kids in that truck I plan on getting rid of it soon

Eric is wonderful. Great service even thought I didn’t schedule an appointment for an oil change. He was kind to take care of me and the service was fast I didn’t have to wait for too long. I enjoy going to Kia service.

Eric went above and beyond to take care of everything I needed. He kept me informed and was straightforward about pricing and time frames. This is a phenomenal facility and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience from purchasing to service and repairs. Management should be extremely proud! I have had many bad experiences in the past and this is not the case here! It's not often you can encounter such a polite and hardworking staff!
