We made an appointment for our oil change. It was for 1:00p , I arrived at 12:50p and was told it would 1-1.5 hrs due to an overwhelming amount of vehicles that came in today for service due to the weather. I have a medically fragile child and hire a nurse one day a week so that I can run errands. This is why I made an appointment. My car wasn’t ready by 2:30p, I asked the service advisor when it would be done. The reply was they just drained the oil. It wouldn’t be long. At 3p finally my car was ready. I believe that if making an appointment for service, it shouldn’t take the back burner to other cars.
