Eric I really believe customers should be required to wear masks. Eric and the other service rep did. There was not one person in the waiting room with a mask. It is not that large a space. I chose to sit on a rock outdoors for 1 1/2 hours. The cashier did not wear a mask. The receptionist wore a mask but it did not cover her nose. Last I looked aerosoled air comes out the nose. Come on. This is no joke.

As soon as I drove of the lot I had the same problem that bought me in at first . For the money. I saved up to by my Kia and patiently building my credit score so I purchase a good car I am really disappointed after having my Kia for only one year to need over $5000 worth of work to be done and not only that to purchase a extended warranty for 4000 and I am not able to use it for pretty much nothing I would really like my car fixed properly or I my take other measures

He was very rude and discourteous. I was NOT contacted about the repairs done on my car and when I questioned why I was NOT contacted, I was informed he call another number and they okayed the repairs. I was very upset, and totally taken aback! James was very dismissive! He didn’t care about the fact that it is MY CAR, they did NOT contact me, and NO ONE should have okayed the repairs for MY car! It was the most absurd situation I’ve ever encountered. I absolutely did NOT appreciate the situation nor his rudeness! His rudeness was over the top! I did however speak with the manager and he was very kind. But still...
