I was in Cleveland visiting from NH. Car running rough, check engine light on. Anthony took me in without an appointment, overnighted a part and got me back on the road. Car ran great on 11 hour drive back. I’d recommend Anthony and Bedford Kia to anyone in (or traveling through) Cleveland.

Eric was so helpful,knowledgeable, and eager to get me to where I needed to be. Comfortable again with my Kia. He was just so down to earth and comfortable to talk to in these stressful times. My last 2 recent visit, Eric was superb. I've already setup apointment for rear brake svc he recommended. The advisor who took my intake info, not so much. I had 2 keep asking him about svc status. But it was a rough day n the Svc Dept; a # of whiners, impatient customers. Staff handled themselves very professionally with those customers. Overall, I was satisfied; my vehicle purred like brand new.

Mathew was so kind and helpful he tried to get me approved for a loan, I couldn't stay because I was crying and so emotional about my kia rondon being 2008 and gas line leaking in 2 places. He was just caring and wonderful. Thanks kia

From start to finish my service was not ideal. From when I was stranded on the highway and being told the service desk wouldn’t stay open for me, all the way to not being offered a loaner car for the full week this has been going on, to the dealership not having a part that my brand new vehicle needed, this has been an overwhelmingly negative experience. I was very ill this week and had to get rides to the doctor and to get groceries.
