Anthony's customer service was very good.
My oil filter was left off my vehicle. I have to wait til monday to get my vehicle serviced and I drove it to Fort wayne, Indiana.

When I bring my car in for service I expect to get it back in the same condition or better. I was left with a hole in the bottom of my vehicle and told that I brought it in that way. It was obvious that the service technician broke the panel in the front of my car during an oil change. I also didn’t appreciate the treatment from the service manager in trying to rectify the broken panel. I was made to feel as though I had to be squeezed in to fix the problem that was caused by the service dept. and was told by the manager that when I come in “everyone remembers who I am” so I won’t have any problems bringing the car back for repair as though I was an issue that needed to be “handled.” I have purchased and leased several
cars from Kia and this is not the first time I was not satisfied with the service department however I kept coming back for the buying experience. This will be my last car from Kia of Bedford due to the failed “customer service” of the “service dept.”

They tried to give me back my car unfixed twice. I don't appreciate how the one guy was rude and forceful. Made me feel uncomfortable. I probably won't come back.
