The care, professionalism, and quality of service to my vehicle were excellent.
The issue I had during my recent visit was that too many of your employees were not wearing masks, or were wearing them incorrectly (nose showing, used as chin guards, etc.). I was seating to the small table near the lounge area (that K5 looks gorgeous by the way), and could see multiple employees congregate in a small office cubicle across from me, without masks, and not socially distancing. Multiple employees and customers have also passed by me within the 90 minutes or so of my service appointment, also not following the mandate.
I am concerned by the lack of ongoing cleaning protocols–the table top had clearly not been wiped prior to me sitting down.
Finally, I’m also deeply concerned by the lack of staff asking each other, and customers, to keep compliant with the mask mandate.
While I love the service I’ve received since my purchase of my 2019 Kia Optima in April 2019, my health, and the health of my loved ones is more important. I will therefore stop using your services until your practices have aligned with other retailers’ standards, and the situation as a whole has improved.
Service associate Anthony was so nice. Gives me confidence that my problem will be resolved, which it was. Second time in for a trunk issue which another dealership failed to resolve over six months..I brought it in to your dealership on two occasions and both times my issue was resolved in one visit, with no loaner car needed Next Kia puchase...I WILL come to Bedford!

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Had a problem with my front end, Kia recognized and repaired it (Zero cost me me!). Did not mind waiting, the social distancing was good, everyone “masked up” and refreshments were provided for whoever wanted. Good looking out!

Yes and No answer. The service to my car was good but y he customer service regarding my Waranty I canceled was slow in processing my paper work. I was told I was not getting my deposit back, I read my agreement and I am due a full refund

My clock was set to wrong time. There was a screw that did not go on my car fell out onto my garage floor.
