Service was great, but when I picked up my car they didn't even bother washing it. Disappointed in that.
I arrived without an appointment got an oil change tire rotation berries filters were replaced end it took very little time. I will be returning my Mazda for services there again.
Just some issues with the finance department is what soured some of it other than that it was great
I was very impressed with Paisley’s professionalism and customer service.
Erik and his team made my 2nd service experience entirely opposite from the 1st. I considered taking my business to another Mazda dealer, but after my 5000 mile service with Erik & team I decided to return to Mazda of Orange.

I LOVE Sarah Posell...I bought my car from Tustin Mazda and always went there for my service because of Sarah. When I found out she left I was sad and unhappy with my service that I received so my next service I tried Mazda of Orange. I was sooo happy to see Sarah at your location! I trust her and know that she will always be honest! I have recommended her to 3 of my friends to go to Mazda of Orange!
