Erik was great! Thid is the second time I had him as my advisor. He explained the kind of service that my car needed and called me as soon as my car was ready and sent their lyft service to pick me up. Excellent customer service!

I asked Erik to look at the driver side brake light. I was told that there was no problem with all the lights. while following the car car home I noticed the brake was out. So when I got home I replaced the bulb myself. So they did not even look at it. So you don’t do what you say you will do. You did replace the driver side head light and the sticky dash. Service rep or mechanic? You tell me.

I always that the service I get at Mazda service center is top notch. This is more about time. I was told two different time frames for how long I would wait. Which is a bummer but I was willing to wait and didn’t really have an option.

I am disappointed to see the prices for an oil change fluctuate. Why would they not advice me of the price change or charges before taking my car in? An oil change is extremely expensive at your service department. I wasn’t satisfied with the service and different price every time I take my car in for the same service.

Erik is my go to when I get my oil changes! I needed a part for my battery that I thought was going to be a hassle to figure out and he was able to take care of it for me!
