Paisley was very professional and friendly as soon as I pulled up. And I didn’t catch his name, but another employee checked my car to make sure nothing was left in it that didn’t belong, such as the paper floor mats.
I was charged $160 for them to tell me exactly what I already knew, they gave me a recommendation of what I could do without giving me an exact fix or doing any specific tests regarding my car. They had my car for a total of 3 days, feel like I got scammed.
Paisley was very knowledgeable on Mazda cars related to squeaky brakes. She provided great insight and recommendations. Excellent customer service where I was felt welcomed and not pushed to do any service I was not yet comfortable with. Definitely, will return for next service.

I took my car for service less than week and a half ago. The report I received from the representative says that everything is fine with my car's battery. Yesterday, my car didn't turn on. When the insurance employee came to help me. He checked the battery and found on the positive terminal. Now, I have to take care of something that I was told was fine. Also, the screen on my infotainment system is not working. The representative said he'd let me know once the part had arrived, but I haven't heard from him yet. Hopefully, I'll be notified soon.
