Edgar helped me with my mobile phone Magic Mount. I thought that I was going to have to buy a new one to replace the one I bought during my prior service visit, because the adhesive magnet detached from my phone during its first use. He used crazy glue to stick it back on and now it works well. He went above and beyond just helping me with my service. As far as the dealership waiting room goes—Ford needs to improve the experience. I needed a quiet workstation. No one would turn down the TV even though I was the only one sitting in the waiting area. Very unrelaxing experience. Also, soccer and football on the TV every time I come in conveys a male focused culture. Yuck!!! So old school.Ford also needs to get my name right. I am a female and my name is Mary Miller. Your CRM system is not effective at personalizing the communication.

I had a few problems with my car, didn’t know who to talk to but mr Olivio helped me out and stayed in contact with me the whole time keeping up to date. Great guy and personality to work with as wel.

William helped to offset the reoccurring problem relating to the wheel baring w/my 2016 Ford Edge. This was the third time at Ford of Orange. Hoping Ford manufacturing will take notice if this issue persists.
