Ross Padilla's gave me an excellent service but the porter who was in charge of moving my vehicle was really unprofessional because he abused of my vehicle something that I never do to it he stepped on the gas all the way giving all r p ms to.my vehicle I am thinking now of not taking my.vehicle back to ur dealers because of that

Jason did a good job. However, the tires were rotated yet the tech did not change the tire presure since the tires were rotated from front to back. This is an F 250 so it’s important the tech checks this. I noticed it when I got home and did it myself. Also, when my wife had her CX5 oil change last week, your tech left the wiper fluid resivior empty? It’s the little things that Ford of Orange has missed twice in both our recent services. These details are important and show a lack of attention to detail with your technicians. Please address this with your technicians. I don’t want to have to second guess every time I bring out two vehicles in. If this continues service may need to change to another dealer. Thank you.
I told him what broke and that it broke on the truck two previous times and asked to use different parts or diognose further and he didn’t so now I will prob have a reacurring issue and prob have to take it to court if it happens out of warranty because victor chose the easy route and to not do any research
