No promised car wash, nor loaner vehicle as promised.. I even asked more than once for a loaner while they worked on my vehicle but I got nothing and no complimentary car wash either. Very disappointed

I took the truck in to have the warped dashboard replaced and glove box fixed. When I got the truck back, the trim pieces around the radio screen are completely scratched, the rear view camera no longer works and I don't have power to the USB ports in the front in the center console tray. Joel is great but the techs fixed one thing and screwed up 3. Very disappointed in the techs.

Victor provided excellent customer service. As a customer you can really tell this dealership is under new management. In the past I have always been frustrated with the lack of service. The employees were trying their best however it was always chaotic and disorganized. What an improvement.

He was so helpful, really helped me calm down since I was stressed. He had great customer service and genuinely cared about my situation. He was good at taking charge of the situation and getting things figured out quickly, while maintaining a friendly persona to us. I really really appreciate him. He has given Ford a lot of respectability in my eyes through how he represented your company.
