The only is the paint on my trunk how is faded I don’t understand I think the paint job was a bad paint job from the get go A $40,000 vehicle should not have had that problem or the base of my seat break

Ross is a wonderful service advisor. The service center wasn’t opened yet but I had a question since I’ve never been at this location and Ross assisted me with everything. He’s very polite, competent, diligent, and got all the paperwork done very quickly. Ross has a great attitude and was easy to talk to. When I picked up my car, everything was charged to Element like I had asked and Ross walked me to the cashier and showed me where my car was. Thank you for the great service Ross!

My service at Ford of Orange was nothing short of outstanding! Having had someone drill a hole into my gas tank required it to be replaced; Genaro Olivo was in touch with me daily, or multiple times daily as needed, and worked with my insurance company to make things go as smoothly as possible. Genaro Olivo and Ford of Orange were fabulous; I felt that I was in excellent hands, being taken care of by people who treated me like I mattered and was important to them. I will use Ford of Orange exclusively for vehicle service and purchases in the future! I could not be happier with Genaro Olivo and Ford of Orange :)
