I requested a check on the battery charger and I was told the car was in the charger for 2 hours however when I picked it up there was no charge shown on the car. I pointed this out no response

Will is quick to respond via text and phone calls and I really appreciate that he picked up the phone a majority of the time vs my calls going to voicemail. He was patient with handling the fleet management company’s communications. Thank you Will!

The mechanic who worked on my battery did not properly tighten the positive terminal. When I tried to start the car again at home, it acted like a dead battery. Since the positive terminal wiggled on the battery post rather easily, I used a socket and ratchet to tighten it up, after which the car started just fine. Additionally, the mechanic left a tool in the engine compartment that could have eventually shorted something out or poked a hole in something if I had not found it while working on the battery.
