I requested a check on the battery charger and I was told the car was in the charger for 2 hours however when I picked it up there was no charge shown on the car. I pointed this out no response

The mechanic who worked on my battery did not properly tighten the positive terminal. When I tried to start the car again at home, it acted like a dead battery. Since the positive terminal wiggled on the battery post rather easily, I used a socket and ratchet to tighten it up, after which the car started just fine. Additionally, the mechanic left a tool in the engine compartment that could have eventually shorted something out or poked a hole in something if I had not found it while working on the battery.
Ross knew I was on a tight schedule so he helped facilitate a relatively quick turn around. Kudos to the Tech guys as well.
Great attitude and my truck was done before the time promised.
