I was unsatisfied with the service advisor. There was a lack of explanation by the service advisor of the summary of charges for invoice.
It was carelesss of not explaining what I was paying for in the summary of charges for invoice. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to others.
Joel was awesome took care of everything as promised, honest, great guy, great attitude, need more like him!!
Every employee I spoke with was polite and helpful. The complimentary Lyft home was great and picked me up in a couple minutes. Everything was clean and organized. I'm going to schedule any service I need there in the future.
