I had a bad experience. Edgar didn’t give me options. It was almost a force into having to repair the engine. I asked if he would be able to get me into a new car & he said he would contact a sales rep but one never approached me. I was highly emotional, I was in tears doing this. In the end, I felt he wasn’t looking out for the customer. I understand his job is a business and there’s little he can do, but he was more intrigued with the commission he was going to receive from this. Now I hope his children are never taken advantage of from a sales/service men. Edgar should humble his character. He told me I can pick up my car. He left it in the parking lot behind the island of the entrance. This made it difficult to get my belongings from the Lincoln I was trading in to the brand new car I just bought. I felt I was in a dangerous situation with cars literally coming in and out around me. Overall, I will never return and I wouldn’t recommend someone else to come here. This is my survey.
