I went in with specific issues, and things I needed to get done. The representative was not very attentive to what I wanted. I arrived around 1015 with a coupon in hand, and the rep said that he couldn’t accept that coupon because it was from a different dealership. He said he could do the same for cheaper, then asked about my Bluetooth not working. He wasn’t very helpful. I left the dealership around 445 with various things not done as he had promised. He tried to backtrack and pawn me off at the register. My truck is now veering to the right when driving. I drove from West Covina to Orange because I like this dealership. I left very disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I have taken my vehicle to ford of orange and had the same problem. It is also the last time. I paid a lot of money to put a sealant on my exterior paint. I specifically said please do not wash my vehicle. This is the 2nd time they forgot to tell them not to wash it. Last time visiting ford of orange. Will pay happily elsewhere.

You still advertise the term Quick Lane and your representative indicated the oil change would take about 2 hours... I can't figure out why that is quick. And secondly I asked him how much it would cost to replace some fog lamp bulbs he quoted me a price of $160. That is completely ridiculous since they are plug and Play Type devices BTW oh, I went to the Huntington Beach Quick Lane got an oil change and they replaced my fog lamp bulbs for $10 and Beyond. Ford of orange needs to rethink their term service
