My only frustration with Fiord of Orange is there is not Direct phone line to the service. Department. The only way to make an appointment is on line..

I left my car for more than 4 hours and finally they did not repair it now I have to go back another day of the week and lose a day of work alone because you did not have enough mechanics it bothers me to make an appointment you do not meet!

Ross delivered the highest level of service I have ever experienced at Ford of Orange.vI was 15 minutes early for my appointment and as I opened my door to get out he came out of the office and greeted me by name. No waiting, no hunting some one to help me...he was there and waiting to help.After reviewing my servicing needs he referred me over to the Ford cashier counter. The lady there was friendly and helpful and within 3 minutes I was in my Lyft on my way home. Outstanding!
