I was mostly happy except that they did not troubleshoot my headlamp fault much. I would have liked a better answer than there were no codes logged. It's been a constant on and off code that came on the night before taking it into service.

My service manager Jr Olivo is excellent! However I was disappointed that the maintenance center could not repair my tire. I went to another tire place and they patched it up.

My representative was great. But soon arriving at the dealership I was not greated or told I will be right with you or do you need help. A couple different representatives passed me by without saying a word. Also when receiving my vehicle after the service I noticed my check engine light was on, my representative did not have a answer for me and the technician was gone for the day. So now I have to come back for an unscheduled visit. The last couple of time the initial customer service was not up to par. No greeting soon arrival or communication that someone will be right with me. I have bought 2 vehicles from you dealership in the past 10 years and have gone to you for all the services. This is the first time I considered going somewhere else.

Edgar was very patient with me in hearing about recent troubles with my car. He was very personable and struck up a great chat about his move coming up. He didn't make me feel stupid when he was explaining the transmission mechanics and how it relates to my problem. He checked for understanding and if I didn't know, he explained that component, totally package of great customer service.
