Note Eric the manager on duty heard my complaint. When I showed up the key was lost for 45 minutes only to find that when they pulled my car up it was completely dirty. I specifically requested for my car to be washed and ready at 10:00am Saturday morning. I showed up at 10:15am. Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointing.
Fast service with scheduled appointment. Great welcoming and friendly service. I would come back for more vehicle service maintenance.

I had an oil change on my F150. They mentioned I had “one” light bulb burned out on the rear cab light. I purchased a $4 dollar bulb ....... you would think as a courtesy they would offer to take a minute and install the bulb! I guess there is no more “customer service”.

Picked up my truck from service today went down about 2 miles from dealership I turned my car off when I came back my truck wouldn’t start battery was dead. I called dealer service department to see what can be done and was basically told that if the truck had been there for about a month i should expect the battery to need charging, This is not something I thought I would need to worry about since I’m not a Ford service technician and thats why I payed Ford of Orange to assure me that everything would be good when I get my truck back especially when the truck didn’t have a battery issue when I brought it in. The service person i was talking to told tell me that I would need to bring it back and pay another inspection fee and get the car checked out to see what the issue was this is very dissatisfying since I had just payed $1600 I also had to pay more for a tow service to come out give me a jump start before I even got my truck home.

I appreciate that the service team took the time to order the parts and fix my car correctly. The 2020 Explorer loaner car was really nice.
I tried to use a $49.95 coupon I received in the mail for "The Works" fuel saver package that actually turned out to be $70+ total fees for service. So much for "truth in advertising." :(
