I called ahead of time and made an appointment for 11 o’clock for an oil change. I got there at 10:45 and didn’t leave till 1:10pm. Now that’s a long time for a customer who said they were going to wait, almost 2 hours. I was also told that they were going to wash my car and after they wash my car they were going to install a new air filter. When I got home I Noticed that the car wasn’t washed and now I don’t know if the air filter was installed as well.
Jason Yee was very helpful and very sincere. Kept me updated and my car service was completed in a good time frame. Will definitely come back when my next service is due. Thank you!
Ross,was very kind and professional,will be bringing my car here to Ross, instead of villa ford,was treated badly there from Carlos!And their management never returned my husband calls,about how badly we were treated!
