Alma was very professional and attentive. As a woman, it can be intimidating to have a male advisor, but Alma was great. This was my first time having her as an advisor and I would request her again in the future. The staff also did a great job of cleaning up the car and having it ready to go looking very **** and span. Always a great experience here and I appreciate the professionalism.
