Randy listens well, is ver courteous, responsive, knows his product(i.e Lexus cars) and is very helpful, provides excellent service, makes you want to buy another Lexus product. Goes out of his way to make sure customer is taken care of.

It took 2 1/2 days to do a 60,000 mile maintenance and a rear break job. I still have to bring the car back to get the navigation system updated being your parts/discs are on back order. I did have a loaner, but it was a sedan and I prefer a SUV, but really prefer my own car being done sooner.
