Alma was wonderful as always. I sense something was wrong when I started my car—I feared I would get stranded. She knew I didn’t want to be stranded with my granddaughters, so she figured out to fit me in for an inspection. It was the battery! Afterwards, she even sat with me to be sure all the technology was working well in my car (phone, media, navigation). Alma always takes care of me. Tell her, “Thank you!”
